What Cruxd stores.
Private beta. Last updated 12 August 2026.
What's stored
Your email address, the profile you chose (name, handle, home gym, avatar colour), every session you log with its climbs, and any photos or video you attach. Plus the kudos, comments and follows you create.
Where
On Supabase in Ireland (eu-west-1), with the app running on Vercel in Dublin. Nothing is copied elsewhere.
Who can see it
Any signed-in Cruxd user can view your profile and your sessions — this is a social app, and a session you can't share is a diary. Your feed is filtered to people you follow, but that controls what's surfaced to you, not what's hidden from others. A gym's monthly ranking is not filtered that way: it lists anyone who logged a session at that gym this month, whether or not you follow each other.
Your email address is never shown to other users. Access is currently limited to an invited list.
No tracking
No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts, no cookies beyond the one that keeps you signed in and one remembering whether you prefer V or Font grades.
Getting it back, or deleting it
Download my data in Settings exports everything as JSON. Delete my account removes your profile, sessions, climbs, photos, and the kudos and comments you've left on other people's sessions — immediately and permanently, with no recovery.
Only sign-in links. No newsletters, no digests, nothing else.
